The Alison Jr. has 7 rooms. It is one of the first in a new series of houses by Real Good Toys that is made from a new man-made MDF board instead of traditional lumber. It comes with everything to complete as shown including: shingles, trim, posts, rails, windows, doors, window boxes, porch, tower and stairs. Also has pre-milled clapboard siding. Scale: 1/12 Floor plan is adjustable. Wing addition is sold separately. Classic Features Include: Clapboards milled directly into the walls. 3/8" thick walls and upper walls. Durable gingerbred trim is 1/8" thick.; Movable room divider accepts standard door. Raised panel shutters & door. Expertly molded porch posts are pre-cut. Flower boxes & a detailed staircase. Wooden shingles for the roof. Complete kit. 9 rooms, 24 "W x 16 1/2"D x 38 1/2"H. Milled MDF.
