Some assembly is required - wings, front wheels, steering wheel, and rear wheel. The tools required for assembly are pliers, screwdriver, and 8mm wrench . Wheels are made of steel (10" dia in front, 8" in the rear) and 3/4" rubber in front, and 5/8" rubber in the rear. The finish is scratch resistant, rust resistant, child safe, non-toxic powder coating.
