An emergency call from the beach, there has been a theft. The policeman on his cross-country quadbike rushes to the site to catch the thief. Over the built-in headset in his helmet he receives a detailed description of the perpetrator, and thanks to the built-in wind-up engine he quickly catches the fugitive. Even before he knows what is happening to him the policeman has put handcuffs on him. Now he will be taken to the police station.
